According to Lawrence Kupfer, President & CEO of viNGN, “This recognition demonstration that our initiatives particularly our efforts with regards to our “VI Digital Literacy” Training program and other education related services offered at our Public Computer Centers have definitely connected in a big way with the Virgin Islands Community.”
Kupfer cites viNGN Public Computer Center (PCC) and Sustainable Broadband Adoption (SBA) grant vendors Cyberlearning and BetterWorld, as well as Gov.
