VIDEO: Vice President Biden urges governors to work with Code.org, adopt computer science


At the National Governors Association, US Vice President Biden urges governors of all the United States to adopt computer science in their public K-12 schools, pointing out that this foundational science also drives economic growth and high-paying jobs. Vice President describes the work of Code.org to expand access to computer science in public schools.

Code.org posted on their Facebook page:  “We’re blown away by Vice President Biden’s kind words about our work. Thank you to all leaders — Democrats and Republicans alike — who support expanding computer science.
