viNGN Board of Directors to meet Thursday, November 13

viNGN logo textChairman, Governor John P. deJongh, Jr. will convene a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Virgin Islands Next Generation Network (viNGN) on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at 11:00 am. The meeting will be held at the Virgin Islands Next Generation Office, Warehouse K, 9015 Havensight Shopping Center, Suite 7, St. Thomas, VI.

The Virgin Islands Next Generation Network (viNGN) was established in 2010 as a public corporation; it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority. viNGN was funded primarily from an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) grant made by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) as part of a federal program to improve the broadband capacity in the United States, its territories, and the District of Columbia.
