VIVOTE.GOV: Help America Vote Act State Plan available for public comment

To access these documents and instructions online, members of the public are invited to utilize any of dozens of free Public Computer Centers (PCCs) throughout the territory, including USVI Public Libraries. To locate a PCC near you, visit

( – The Election Reform Advisory Council (ERAC) is a diverse group of government and community leaders formed to represent a wide range of stakeholders to review and update Virgin Island’s State Plan for Implementing the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (State Plan).  (The review period lasts for 30 days – editor)

To submit your comments you can download a fillable pdf form and

1) mail from a post office to the Election System Office near you,

2) return it to a review site identified near you,

3) upload online a completed form, or 4) submit your comments online here.
