Thoughtful Thursday: Your Personal Development Program


seneca-quote-kindnessToday marks the beginning of Part 2 of the Personal Development Program. The first portion consisted of three months where the focus was on self-awareness. We covered things which related to how we view ourselves as individuals. Now, the focus will shift to relationships: how we view ourselves in relationships and how we can have healthy relationships with ourselves and others.

The purpose, as always, is to provide tools and resources to help expand our awareness and understanding. So, we will begin with a discussion of relationships: signs of healthy relationships and symptoms of unhealthy ones, that will help us gauge and navigate the landscape of relationships in general. read more
