viNGN does 2 miles with STAR for Breast Cancer Awareness

We joined the St. Thomas Association of Road Runners (STAR) in walking for a cure! October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and viNGN has also declared this month as Women’s Empowerment Month. Therefore, we urge all women to take charge of their lives by eating well, exercising, and having regular wellness visits with their doctors. It’s a great time to start your own Personal Development Program, too! Discover ways to become more mindful of the things we do every day to ensure our health and happiness!
