Digital Literacy coaching sessions at Turnbull Library PCC

The Virgin Islands Next Generation Network, Inc. (viNGN) will presents free walk-in Digital Coaching on the third Tuesday of every month from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Turnbull Library Public Computer Center (PCC). The PCC is located within the Charles W. Turnbull Regional Library on St. Thomas.

Visitors to the PCC must have a USVI Public Library Card to access the computers; instructions may be found at the bottom of the Library System web site’s policy page. It’s free to apply for a library card.

Computer users with moderate to advanced skills will benefit greatly from the guidance received with accessing free online training, mobile phone or device usage, applying for jobs online and much more. Very new users should bring an assistant, as the Digital Coach will be assisting a variety of people during this time and individual instruction is not possible.

The Turnbull Regional Library is located above Plaza Extra in Tutu Park and is open Mondays through Fridays, from 10:00 am to 5:54 pm and is accessible by VITRAN. For more information on free online training available at any time over the Internet, contact Anita Davis at viNGN, (340) 715-8581 x2244 or email
