Weekend Warriors: Relationships, Routines and Relaxation

Dr. Wengel says it all begins with the Three Rs: Relationships, Routines and Relaxation.

“Relationships are about having a healthy balance between work and home,” said Dr. Wengel, but also about cultivating relationships at work. Routines also are important, even though Dr. Wengel says sometimes people equate routines with being in a rut. read more
