These four tips are typically the primary focus of most wellness problems. They’re all worthy goals, but insufficient to bring about health alone.

According to the World Health Organization, health is defined as, “a complete state of physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease.”

In other words, it takes more than a healthy body. It also requires a healthy mind and good relationships. (read more)
