(HuffingtonPost.com) – The blue light that emanates from our screens could be interfering with normal sleep. Think that’s far-fetched? Kate Bratskeir, Food and Health Editor for The Huffington Post states that the blue light that comes from many devices and other places (including our sun), has shorter wavelengths that suppress melatonin and don’t let our brains prepare for rest!
