(FoxMovies.com) – Actress Taraji P. Henson shares screen time with Octavia Spencer and Janelle Monáe in HIDDEN FIGURES, a film about 3 amazing Black female NASA employees who were critical to the 1962 launch of astronaut John Glenn into Earth’s orbit.  Mathematician Katherine Johnson (Taraji P. Henson) and her colleagues Dorothy Vaughn (Octavia Spencer) and Mary Jackson (Janelle Monáe) were key to the United States’ surge in the Space Race with the Soviet Union. Hidden Figures is slated for a January 2017 release in theaters.
