CyberPatriot Program Invites Community to Session on Cybersecurity Sept. 23

Cyber Security Logo_CECOR_circleThe CyberPatriot program invites the community to an informational session about the program to be held from 4:30-5:30 p.m., Friday, Sept. 23, in Room B110 at the University of the Virgin Islands’ St. Thomas Campus and in Room EVC302A on UVI’s Albert A. Sheen, St. Croix Campus.

CyberPatriot is an online competition for teams of middle and high school students in the area of cybersecurity. Teams from schools and other organizations are eligible to compete.

School leaders, computer science teachers, home school group members, club leaders and students interested in competing are especially invited to attend, as well as IT leaders and professionals interested in developing a talented cybersecurity workforce in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
