PCCTE: Introduction to Absolute Beginners Computer Lab October 5 on St. Croix


bannerabsolute-beginners-computer-labThe Virgin Islands Next Generation Network (viNGN) will present the PCC Training Event (PCCTE) “Introduction to the Absolute Beginners Computer Lab” for volunteers and trainers on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the Louis E. Brown Villas Public Computer Center (PCC) from 10:00am – 11:30am.

The course material was assembled for PCC volunteers, but may be useful to members of the community who would like to help loved ones (or even themselves) to know more about the digital world. The course is available online, 24/7 by clicking “Digital Literacy” at http://www.vingn.com. The only prerequisite is the ability to use the mouse and keyboard to navigate a website.

Admission is free, but space is limited. To register, visit vingn.wordpress.com/pccte/. Deadline: Monday, October 3 at 5pm.
