VI Source: USVI BIT Director cites viNGN, ISP partnerships at OmniSystems IT Expo

At the 3rd Annual OmniSystems Information Technology Expo, USVI Bureau of Information Technology (BIT) Executive Director Angelo Riddick emphasized the need for faster and more stable network connectivity in order for the territory’s government agencies to better secure data, collaborate, and facilitate disaster recovery: “We are working with the internet service providers, with the V.I. Next Generation Network, and others to improve the efficiency of connectivity,” he said during a special presentation on the opening day of the 2-day expo.
