Virgin Islands Daily News Reader Poll Best of the VI finds viNGN tops for E-Commerce and Computer Training
All of us at the Virgin Islands Next Generation Network, Inc. would like to thank the community for casting their votes for us as part of the Virgin Islands Daily News Readers Poll “Best of the VI” for 2017! We received the award for E-Commerce Training/Computer Training for CyberLearning Digital Literacy.
What is most remarkable is that the community has seen fit to appreciate our post-grant efforts to foster greater Digital Inclusion throughout the territory! We are so humbled by this citation, and we appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts!
- For new users, Free Online Training is available via this blog – start with the Absolute Beginners Computer Lab, which contains The Library Network’s New User Tutorial, then progress to the Computing, Internet, Email, Search and Online Safety segments which include materials from GCFLearnFree.org, Google.com and OnGuardOnline.gov.
- For advanced users, we recommend The Internet Starter Kit, a free e-book that provides comprehensive details on computing as well as social media and websites/blogs for those with more experience or who may be considering taking a business online.
