Virgin Islands – August 31, 2020 — The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) invites the community to join the informational webinar titled, “The State of Internet Connectivity in the U.S. Virgin Islands”. This webinar will be held virtually at 10AM on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 via Zoom, a software-based platform for video and audio communications, and can be viewed through Facebook livestream at www.facebook.org/usvieda.

This webinar will feature the following speakers addressing concerns with internet connectivity since the onset of COVID-19 in the Territory, short term plans to address these problems, and other solutions to meet the community need for hotspots:
