The RTPark invites the community locally and abroad to participate in a webinar to launch VI STEM Talent Archive+ (VISTA+) on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 3:00 pm.
The purpose of the webinar is to encourage professionals in the Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) fields to become a part of a talent bank to address the “brain drain” that leads many talented individuals to seek employment in other places, depriving the U.S. Virgin Islands of the innovation needed to progress in the 21st Century. The VISTA+ ecosystem will benefit job-seekers by creating a dynamic directory that connects them to lucrative careers while providing businesses with a direct conduit to valuable employees.
