ST. THOMAS — Turnbull Regional Library on St. Thomas reopened this week with limited hours (Mondays-Fridays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m) and a faulty chiller that forced the building to close is still awaiting final repairs. The library had been closed since May 17 after the building’s chiller and compression pump malfunctioned.
