The Virgin Islands Next Generation Network, Inc, (viNGN) is pleased to accept the coveted “Best E-Commerce Training/Computer Training” award in the latest V.I. Daily News Best of the VI Awards for 2015 in the publication’s annual readers’ poll.
viNGN spearheaded the Cyberlearning Digital Literacy training program as part of its Public Computer Center (PCC) initiative. Participants who earned their certificates were then granted access to advanced academic, technical and professional courses. At the end of 2014, 240 USVI residents who had earned their Cyberlearning Digital Literacy certificates received free laptop computers to enable them to continue along their digital literacy path.
